What’s your return policy?
We are an auction house, selling used items. Will we take something back? Sure… but only if WE MISREPRESENT SOMETHING. If we are wrong when we catalog the item, we will refund you for the purchase. We will make every effort to photograph and describe the items we sell. We do not refund for buyers remorse. At the same time, we will do our best to fully disclose everything we know about what we sell… either by photographs or in words.
Do you ship?
Yes, we will provide in-house shipping. We will charge a nominal fee for shipping, packing, and materials, and then we will charge you what it costs us for postage. If you buy multiple items, we will pack them together. We will try to send your items by the most economical means necessary. That being said, we need dialog from our clients. If you need something shipped a certain way, please tell us. If you have your own insurance, tell us. If you need signatures, tell us. We do our best to satisfy your requests, but there needs to be clear communication. If you wish to use a professional shipping company, we can arrange that for you, as well.
How can I consign my collection?
Call us! Email us! We will get right back with you and schedule a time to see your collection. Better yet, send us photos! In an era of smart phones and tablets, a few shots of your collection speaks volumes, and will help us better determine how we can best help you.
What do you sell?
We are interested in selling ANYTHING that merits an online auction. Jewelry? Sure. Coins? Obviously. Toys? Absolutely. Dolls? You bet. Collectibles? Yes. If you have something that isn’t quite right for our venue, we may still be able to help you. We have associations within the auction and antique universe…and we can likely help you with selling your items. So, try us.
